We offer FREE standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States over $50.00. A shipping fee will be added to sales under $50.00.
You also have the option of 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day shipping at checkout. Expedited
shipping will only be delivered on business days - Monday - Friday. Orders for2nd Business Day or Next Business Day placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. We offer shipping in Alaska and Hawaii - rates will
be displayed at check out.

In the event an item(s) is returned,
shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not pay for return shipping. You can of course ship it back on your own via USPS, UPS or FEDEX, or you can request a shipping label to be emailed to you. If we email you a shipping label you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If you are returning an item for a
refund we will subtract the shipping fee from your refund.
If you are returning an item for an exchange we will send you an e-invoice to pay prior to shipping the
item back to you. For items on sale or under the $100 minimum free shipping
requirement - the return shipping and the exchange shipping are your both responsibility.

You have 14 days from the date you received your package to return your items to Paula & Chlo to receive a refund. The package must arrive to our facility within the 14 day period or you will be issued a store credit. You have 30 days from the date your item arrived (verified by your tracking information) to return your order to Paula & Chlo for a store credit. After the 30 day period, it becomes non-returnable.
For an item to be eligible for a return:
The merchandise must be in new, unused, original condition.
The product(s) will
be inspected upon receipt. The merchandise must have all the original tags attached,
all original packaging, that were included in the original shipment. We do not accept returns in mailer bags. If we find your item has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and
we will ship it back to you.
We do not accept returns on Perfume, Cosmetics, Soaps or Body Luxuries.
